We do our best to despatch all orders within 48 hours. However, if there is a delay you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
The majority of our stock is delivered to us from top design and fashion houses in the USA and we endeavour as complete a range as possible in the UK to ensure that we can deliver your chosen item to your door within 5 days of placing an order.
All items are quality checked before being despatched to your address. If for some reason you need to return an item them please contact us by completing the online Contact Form in advance of returning the item to explain your reasons and request the return shipping address.
Please note that we have a very strict no returns policy on all underwear and lingerie for health and safety.
If you are not completely satisfied with any products purchased from Kinky Designs Clothing, we will replace or refund an item, provided it is returned unused and in it’s original packaging within 14 days from delivery.
If an item appears faulty, please complete our conline contact form and provide us with as much information as possible on the problem so we can handle your enquiry as quickly as possible.
